How I gained my weight again
The repeating story
I wrote my journey from 104 kgs to 90kgs in Jan 2025. I gained weight and I am now at 98. When I look back why that happened I noticed the following patterns.
Improper sleep schedules
For various reasons my sleep schedules got out of sync. Every day I wake up at different time. I then prepared my day from there. It is already late and I am hungry. I could not wait for 30-40min for workout. That delay will irritate my stomach. So I ate immediately. Then followed the work.
Unable to workout in the evenings
I then started to workout in the evenings. It worked for few days then many things went in the way. Work. Chores. Meetings. They outnumbered. I could not keep up the evening rhythm.
Family time
When my family was together, the food times and dishes go in a different direction. There is peer pressure and there are different timings to eay. I failed to revolt and keep the consistency.
Uncertainity
I had a lot of uncertainity along the days with personal things. I could not keep up with all of them. No two days go the same way. Each day was different.
The natural demotivation
The above would come in combinations also. Because of irregular rhythms I could not maintain what is required.
