External Battles
Why we do them
We do external battles to unify our internal cracks. Be it on personal level or country level. Whenever there are internal conflicts, the people in power needs a way to control it or divert it. Then we do external battles.
Without external battles, a common unifying theme or a unifying idea is hard to achieve in a short span.
Battles carry an emotional shortcut. It is them or us. We always choose us. So we keep the differences away and become a single voice, a single movement.
Deep below is the delusion. It is hard to understand. Hard to interpret. Hard to find. Hard to teach. Hard to explain.
