We do not like getting rejected. More often than not we do not reject something or someone. Either way, it is a stressful process. It consumes a lot of mental resources to come up with the decision and say that on the face or listen from someone. It's easier for some people but not for everyone.

But it is the fact we reject more than we accept. Rejection is cutting or stopping the noise so that we can be at peace, stay calm and be happy.

Reject. And get rejected.
